Dr. Ali Tehrani is a board-certified plastic surgeon known for his technical skill, patience with patients, and genuine care about natural-looking results. He's performed thousands of procedures and is recognized internationally for his work in body sculpting, having helped pioneer the use of VASER, Renuvion, and BodyTite in California — technologies he combines based on each patient's specific goals.

Dr. Tehrani trained at Kansas City School of Medicine before completing a plastic surgery fellowship in Philadelphia, where he was recognized early on as a standout in the field. He went on to train under respected mentors and later helped train the next generation of surgeons himself before returning to Southern California to build his own practice.

His commitment to the field goes beyond his own patients. As a former President and active member of the Paul Chester Children's Hope Foundation, he's led surgical missions to underserved countries, providing reconstructive care to children who otherwise wouldn't have access to it.

He's also a frequent speaker at international plastic surgery conferences and consults on new surgical technologies. Outside the OR, he's an enthusiastic traveler, a dedicated tennis player, and enjoys cooking — all part of a life he approaches with the same balance he brings to his work.
